Managing Worker Profiles
Managed Profiles is where an organization administrator sees and works with every worker profile under their organization. For a wider overview of organization administration, see Managing Your Organization.
Finding a profile
Profiles appear as cards, each showing the missionary's name, their organization, the profile's publication state, and quick stats (page views, donation clicks, and prayers). Each card also notes whether the profile is one you own or is worker owned. Use the Search profiles box to filter the list by name, and the page controls at the bottom to move through long lists.
Adding a profile
Click the button at the top to create a new profile. You can also bring an existing worker's profile onto your page by visiting their profile and clicking Add to my Page.
Profile actions
The icons along the bottom of each card let you:
- View — preview the profile as visitors see it.
- Edit — open the profile for editing. Available on profiles you can change (not read-only ones).
- Invite — resend the invitation that lets the worker claim and manage their own profile.
- Delete — remove the profile.
