We are the Wright family.
Justin and Rebekah Wright, with MaryEllen and Franklin.
God has called our family to Rome with a vision to reach the nations as the nations come to Europe—and to share the hope of the gospel in a country with deep Christian roots but profound spiritual need.
Rome is uniquely positioned at the intersection of these two realities. People are arriving from across the world, including many from nations where access to the gospel has historically been limited. Migration has brought people from the 10/40 Window into our neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, and communities, creating opportunities for relationships that would be extraordinarily difficult in their countries of origin.
At the same time, Italy itself is part of our mission field. While Christianity has shaped Italian history and culture for centuries, our desire is to see people move beyond religious identity or tradition to personally know and follow Jesus Christ.
We want to make Christ known among people from around the world as well as among Italians, help believers grow as disciples, strengthen healthy local churches, and see the gospel carried through families and communities—across Rome, throughout Italy, and back to the nations.Visit us at wrightmission.com
