Charles and Bridget Ulibarri
Action International Ministries — 1 Community Dr, Midlothian, TX 76065, USA
Hello we are Charles and Bridget Ulibarri. Missionaries serving with ACTION. We have been serving in missions since 2003, so over 20 years. During that time we served in West Africa as support workers for a Bible translation project for about 7 years. Our ministries we did there were PLD, IT and Literacy. Later with a different mission organization we served one year in Uganda as field directors. Our ministries there were leading the ministry, PLD, IT, discipleship, teaching. After that we did several years taking short term trips all over the world, teaching in discipleship, church planting, technical support and also doing mobilization and member care.
From August 2024 to June of 2025 we served with the the Center for Development of Leadership Bible School in Maputo, Mozambique. While there Charles' ministry was to assist them to set up their IT infrastructure and online training. A big part of our time there was to mentor and train faculty, staff and students to use and maintain the technology for when we left. Bridget continued doing her member care role w/ACTION and taught English as a second language as well as assisted in the library of the school.
Since then things have changed for us and we are currently serving from the U.S. reaching out worldwide. We are praying for the Lord's provision to continue serving in mission. So, we are asking you all to pray and consider partnering with us in this ministry. Bridget continues her Member Care ministry with ACTION taking trips to encourage and support single, women workers worldwide, and Charles has been serving at DIU in the IT Department since July of 2025 and helping some other missions with their websites and learning platforms and is looking at taking some IT support and discipleship training trips to other countries in the near future
