Hello! My name is Kafui DOH and I am a Christian missionary serving with **Wycliffe Togo in West Africa**. I serve in the Scripture Engagement ministry, and I am passionate about seeing God's Word transform individuals, families, churches, and communities.
I serve together with my family, and we desire to make our lives available to God and to His mission. Our heart is to serve people, strengthen the Church, and contribute to God's work through Scripture, healing, training, and practical ministry support.
Scripture Engagement
A major part of my ministry is **Scripture Engagement**. We work with **churches and Bible translation communities across different regions and communities**, helping people engage with God's Word in their own language, culture, and context.
We organize workshops and training for **pastors, church leaders, Sunday school teachers, Bible teachers, and other ministry workers. These trainings help churches and leaders discover practical ways to use Scripture and encourage people to engage with God's Word in their daily lives.
Some of the areas we address include **mother tongue and Scripture, culture and Scripture, mother tongue and church growth, the church in a multilingual context, identifying important questions within communities, family worship, and ministry among children.
We also work with **Bible translation communities**, helping them take ownership of the Scriptures that have been translated into their own languages. Our desire is to help communities move beyond simply having translated Scriptures to actually **using, listening to, sharing, understanding, and applying God's Word** in their families, churches, and communities.
We also use **Proclaimers and other audio Scripture resources**, which make God's Word accessible to people who may have difficulty reading. Proclaimers are especially useful for **group listening sessions**, allowing people to gather together, listen to Scripture in their own language, discuss what they hear, and encourage one another to live according to God's Word.
Through Scripture Engagement, we want to see Scripture become **accessible, understood, valued, shared, and lived out** in different communities.
Trauma Healing
Another important part of my ministry is **Trauma Healing**. Many people carry deep wounds caused by loss, grief, difficult experiences, conflict, rejection, and other painful situations. Some suffer silently without knowing where to find help or how to process their experiences.
As a Trauma Healing facilitator, I have the opportunity to walk alongside people and communities in a safe, compassionate, and Christ-centered environment. Through Scripture-based Trauma Healing, we help people understand their pain, express their stories, discover God's presence in the midst of suffering, and find hope and healing.
My desire is to see wounded people know that **they are not forgotten, they are not alone, and their stories matter to God**.
Training, Leadership and Human Resources
I am also involved in **training, administration, leadership development, and human resources**. I enjoy working with people, supporting teams, helping leaders develop their abilities, and contributing to healthy and effective ministry environments.
I believe that strong ministry requires not only good programs, but also **healthy people, equipped leaders, good teamwork, and responsible stewardship**.
Through these different areas of service, I seek to help strengthen the Church and equip people who can multiply what they have learned and serve others in their own communities.
What I Am Passionate About
At the heart of everything I do is a desire to see people encounter **God's Word, God's healing, and God's hope**.
I am passionate about:
* Helping people engage with Scripture in their **mother tongue and cultural context**.
* Equipping church leaders and teachers to use Scripture effectively.
* Supporting Bible translation communities as they take ownership of translated Scriptures.
* Helping families and children engage with God's Word.
* Using audio resources such as Proclaimers to make Scripture accessible to more people.
* Walking alongside wounded people through Trauma Healing.
* Equipping leaders and strengthening ministry teams.
* Serving the Church and communities in ways that are practical, contextual, and sustainable.

I believe that God's mission is a shared mission. I cannot do this work alone.
