The 631 Solution — Jackson, TN, USA

By supporting us, you can help us provide much needed missionary care to folks serving literally around the world. We are helping global workers process the stresses of overseas life, the inherent grief that comes with leaving family and friends behind, and learning to adapt to a language and culture that is not their own. We need the financial support of God's people to do that in a way that it is not a financial burden for those we serve.

Our ministry, The 631 Solution, was born out of our own experiences in missions. Over the last three decades, the Lord has walked with us through some very high highs, and some very low lows, and along the way we have learned a lot!

We are Matthew and Cindy Wright and have been involved in ministry pretty much our entire adult lives. Matthew grew up in Australia as the son of a church planter. Cindy grew up in the southeastern US as the daughter of a church planter. We met at Bible college in Chattanooga, TN and were married in 1987. In 1995 the Lord began directing our steps to Albania, and, after a couple of years of preparation and Matthew's ordination, we took our three children and began our ministry there in 1999. After experiencing the heartbreak of being sent back to the US in 2001 due to team issues, yet being certain that God was not through with us, we were able to return to Albania in 2005.

Over the next 7 years, God gave us many different opportunities to serve, not only in our local church, but also with almost the entire missionary community in Albania. During this time we heard story after story that showed the tremendous need for a missionary care ministry in that region. In 2013 (once our “nest” was empty) we founded The 631 Solution and moved to Corfu, Greece to begin this new chapter of our ministry. Since then, we have been providing coaching, encouragement, debriefing, and training to workers around the globe.

In 2019, after almost 6 years in Greece, we returned to the US to help care for our elderly parents. We have continued our ministry by providing debriefing intensives in our home in Tennessee and by traveling to wherever we are needed. We are also able to utilize internet technologies to provide ongoing services to those we are unable to visit in person. In 2026 we plan to re-establish an Albanian base so that we can better provide member care to those serving in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. The plan is to spend 2-3 months at a time in Albania a couple of times each year.

Mark 6:31 (the source of "631" in our name) says, "Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, He said to them, 'Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.'" (NIV)
