In 2000, when I was in 8th grade, On February 12 at 2:30 in the afternoon, I was reading the Bible from Romans chapter 10: 9-10 I was amazed and asked God what it was really saying. Suddenly I saw a bright light and fell to the ground. At that moment I understood that the only way to have eternal life is by putting His faith in Christ’s death and resurrection, by confessing by mouth and believing in my heart that Jesus is Lord. In that moment I understood God’s loves for all people, Christian or non Christian. They both are meant for salvation through Jesus Christ. For the Christian, I wants to see them growing up in maturity and being more like Christ. And for the non Christian, God wants them to hear the gospel of salvation (Christ). So I decided to sign the following contract with God to confirm in writing what God has reveled to me in the back page of His Bible. "O Lord! As I understood today, your purpose is to save all the people of the world. So I give my life today for this same purpose. Please be faithful to help me until my college graduation, then I will serve you full-time in the area of ministry (Discipleship and Evangelism) you reveled me today."
After my graduation according my contract I immediately Joined Great Commission Ministry Ethiopia a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ International as full time missionary in July 2007. Since I have been Serving as a full-time missionary. I Married to Meseret Fekadu on May 06, 2012 and have three Children Lydia, Ebenezer, and Bethany.
Mikitle's Family Introduction and Financial Needs
As a missionary couple with three kids, we are serving as a full-time missionaries with Great Commission Ministry Ethiopia, a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ International. We have been on staff since July 2007. We have three Children Lydia nine years old, Ebenezer six years old, and Bethany 4 years old.
Education: We graduated from Addis Ababa University, the biggest and oldest university in the country. Miktile with BA degree in Administrative Management and Technology, and Meseret with a BA in Accounting. Miktile continued his education and received an MA in World Mission (2014), Transformation Leadership (current student) while Meseret focused on taking care of the children. Lydia studying grade 4, Ebenezer grade 1, Bethany born with Down Syndrome and needs special care still she does speak.

Ministry Responsibility: As a family as well as individually, we have been entrusted different responsibilities like student fellowship leader, bible study team leader, Student ministry leadership team, Canaan movement director, National contextualization committee, Addis Ababa GCM team leader, South Region office director, Africa GCM Resource Team, Field Ministry Director, Global Church Movement Director …. Yearly we have seen over 800 churches and groups being planted 1265 (2019), 898 (2020), 560 (2021) and 631 (2022)

Please pray for a consistent, deep walk and love relationship with God
Pray for wisdom and enlightenment as we are leading the major strategy in the Great Commission Ministry Ethiopia
Pray for my family spiritual and physical health and growth. Our 3rd child Bethany born with down syndrome needs special care, pray for her growth.
