Managing Your Organization

Manage Organization is where an organization administrator controls how their organization appears and how its donation form behaves. For a broader walkthrough of administering an organization and its workers, see Managing Your Organization in the Learn section.

What you see

The page shows your organization's name, logo, and description, along with these sections:

  • Organization — your contact email, your sharing link (subdomain.ergatas.org), and whether the page header is shown or hidden on your public page.
  • Donation Form — the current settings for the address and phone fields, who sends donation receipts, and the billing day for recurring gifts.
  • Ministry Review Documents — whether periodic worker document submission is enabled. This feature has its own guide: Ministry Review.
  • QR Code — a downloadable QR code that links to your organization's page, handy for print materials and slides.

Editing your organization

Click the edit icon to open the edit form. From there you can:

  • Upload Logo — replace your organization's logo.
  • Update your Contact Email and Description.
  • Change your URL Sub Domain — the text in your sharing link (e.g. your-subdomain.ergatas.org).
  • Check Hide the header on your organization page if you plan to embed your page in your own website and don't want the logo and description shown at the top.

Click the save icon to apply your changes, or the cancel icon to discard them.

Donation form settings

Still in the edit form, you can tune the donation form donors see:

  • Address field and Phone number field — set each to Not Shown, Shown, or Required.
  • Should Ergatas Send the Donation Receipt? — if checked, Ergatas emails donors their receipts; if not, your organization is responsible for sending them.
  • Billing day of month for subscriptions — the day recurring donations are charged (default 15).

Ministry Review Documents

The edit form also includes the Ministry Review Documents settings, and when the feature is enabled the page shows a compliance table of what each worker has submitted. Because this feature spans both administrators and workers, it has its own dedicated guide — see Ministry Review.
