Using Your Dashboard
Your Dashboard is the home base for everything you manage on Ergatas — your profile, your supporters, your saved searches, and (for organization administrators) your organization's settings.
The menu changes depending on who you are. Everyone sees the everyday tools; organization administrators see extra options for managing their organization and its workers. If a menu item described below isn't on your dashboard, it isn't available for your account.
Dashboard home
When you open the dashboard you land on a summary of how your profile is doing:
- Page Views — how many times your public profile page has been viewed.
- Donation Clicks — how many times someone clicked through to give.
- Prayers — how many times people have prayed for your prayer requests.
Everyday tools
These menu items are available to everyone:
- Edit Profile — opens your missionary profile for editing. If you haven't made one yet, this button reads Create New Profile. (Organization administrators instead see a list of all the profiles they manage — see Managing Worker Profiles.)
- Saved Searches — re-run searches you've saved. See Saved Searches.
- Favorites — the profiles you've hearted. See Favorites.
- Prayers and Updates — post prayer requests and updates for your supporters. See Prayers and Updates.
- Donations — review and export the donations you've received. See Donations.
Organization administrator tools
If you administer an organization, your menu also includes:
- Manage Organization — your organization's name, logo, sharing link, and donation-form settings. See Managing Your Organization.
- Managed Profiles — all the worker profiles under your organization. See Managing Worker Profiles.
For a fuller walkthrough of organization administration, see Managing Your Organization in the Learn section.
Documentation, sign out, and your account
At the bottom of the menu:
- Documentation — opens these help guides.
- Sign Out — logs you out of Ergatas.
- Delete Account — permanently removes your account. Use this with care; it cannot be undone.
